Uranus, The Hemorrhoid Academy App, is a private, discreet, education-led haemorrhoid support app in development. The website explains the product, shares educational resources, and lets people register interest in the waitlist.

References to “Uranus”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the operator of the Uranus website and waitlist.

Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, joining the waitlist, or contacting us through the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.

Educational use only

The website, resources, waitlist emails, and pre-launch app materials are for general education and information only. They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Uranus does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or guarantee improvement for haemorrhoids or any other condition.

Medical disclaimer

If symptoms are severe, persistent, worsening, recurrent, or worrying, speak with a qualified healthcare professional. Seek urgent medical help if you have heavy bleeding, severe pain, fever, black stools, unexplained weight loss, dizziness, fainting, or any other concerning symptoms.

Do not ignore professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Uranus website or receive in a Uranus communication.

No clinician-patient relationship

Using the website, joining the waitlist, reading resources, or emailing Uranus does not create a doctor-patient, clinician-patient, pharmacist-patient, or therapist-client relationship.

Waitlist and launch updates

You may join the waitlist by submitting the required form fields. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, app availability, launch timing, pricing, features, support, or any particular outcome.

We may contact waitlist members with launch updates, early access news, educational content, product research questions, and relevant professional or partnership follow-up. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications when that option is provided or by contacting us.

Professional, partner, and investor interest

If you register professional, partnership, or investor interest, any follow-up is exploratory unless and until a separate written agreement is signed. Nothing on this website creates a partnership, agency, employment, investment, clinical, advisory, or commercial relationship.

Using the website responsibly

You agree not to:

• misuse the website, forms, or contact channels;
• submit unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, or offensive content;

The Uranus app has not launched through this website. When the app launches, additional app terms may apply to accounts, subscriptions, app store downloads, health-related inputs, user content, support, cancellations, and acceptable use.

If there is a conflict between these website terms and future app-specific terms, the app-specific terms will apply to the app experience.

The website, brand, logo treatment, design, text, images, illustrations, icons, layout, and other materials are owned by Uranus or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
