Need help with Uranus? This page explains what the app is, how to contact support, and where to find privacy, terms, and subscription information.
What Uranus is
Uranus, The Hemorrhoid Academy App, is a private educational app for haemorrhoid-related logging, trends, practical guidance, and non-diagnostic insights.
It is not a medical device, does not diagnose conditions, and is not a replacement for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
How to get help
Email hello@uranus.app for app support, account questions, privacy requests, or subscription guidance.
Helpful details include your device type, iOS version, app version, and a short description of the issue. Please avoid sending detailed health information or free-text notes by email.
Privacy and data
The free app can be used locally without an account. Optional paid cloud sync, optional paid AI insights, and optional diagnostics each have their own data handling boundaries.
Read the Privacy Policy for the current draft covering local storage, cloud sync, AI insights, diagnostics, deletion, and subscriptions.
Terms and subscriptions
Uranus Pro subscriptions are billed by Apple. Deleting the app or deleting your Uranus account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
You can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in iOS Settings. Read the Terms of Service for website and app-use terms.
Medical or urgent concerns
Uranus support is not a medical care channel. If symptoms are severe, persistent, worsening, recurrent, or worrying, contact a GP, pharmacist, NHS 111, or emergency services as appropriate.
